VI 1 A federal appeals court yesterday rejected convicted murderer Judith Clark's bid for a new trial in the 1981 Brinks robbery, reversing a lower court ruling that dismissed her convictions. The decision means Clark, 58, will continue serving her sentence of 75 years to life at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Westchester.
