Clarkstown police said last night no more details were available on the driver of the car or the cause of the accident. They said no one was hurt. Coopersmith's appeal for trial SODOMY CHARGED: Julio Peralta, 26, of 149 West Haverstraw, is awaiting arraignment after being arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy. Village police said Peralta had sexual intercourse in June with a female under the age of 10.

ASSAULT CHARGED: Two Spring Valley brothers were arrested on Broad Street in Haverstraw on Friday during a dispute over money, village police said. Police said Mohamad Amro, of 33 Harmony Road, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault after he struck an elderly man numerous times with hammer, and struck a woman during a money dispute. His brother, Aziz Amro, 24, also of 33 Harmony Road, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration when he attempted to free his brother from the police car by pushing away a police officer, village police said. After being told he was arrest, Aziz Amro punched the officer repeatedly, police said. Compiled by Jennifer Fiore.

Dorothy Michelle Schweitzer, 50 New York City teacher Dorothy Michelle Schweitzer of New City died Sunday, Aug. 14, 1994, at her home. She was 50. She was born July 21, 1944, in Brooklyn, to Harry Pearlman and Hannah Silverman Pearlman. She received her bachelor's degree in education from Queens College and her master's degree in education from the College of New Rochelle.

Mrs. Schweitzer taught in the Bronx for nearly 11 years. She married Herbert Schweitzer Aug. 22, 1964, in Jamaica Estates, N.Y. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Adam and Evan, both of New City.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at Schwartz Funeral Home in Rego Park, N.Y. Burial will follow in New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y. Mrs. Schweitzer's family will observe a period of mourning through Friday afternoon at 9 Dolphin Road in New City.

A memorial scholarship in her name is pending. For more information, contact the family. Borghild Thome, 98 Registered nurse Borghild Thome of Craryville, N.Y., died Thursday, Aug. 11, 1994, at the Adventist Nursing Home in Livingston, N.Y. She was 98.

She was born Dec. 7, 1895, to Fredrick Tornstensen and Elise Abrahamsen Tornstensen in Risor, Norway. As a registered nurse in Brooklyn, N.Y., she worked for her husband, Dr. Lawrence Thome, for many years. She is survived by three sons, George F.

of Piseco, N.Y., Lawrence H. of Hilton Head, S.C., and Eric H. of West Taghkanic, N.Y.; 15 grandchildren; and nine greatgrandchildren. Her husband died in 1971 and a son, Robert, died in 1970. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.

Gold exposed a surgical scar, which Coopersmith testified she never saw during sex sessions at his office. Coopersmith should have been allowed to present testimony from other women patients, who said they also had sex with Gold without seeing the scar, her attorneys said. Louis Olori 83 Businessman Louis Olori Sr. of New City, owner of Olori Crane Service in Nanuet, died Saturday, Aug.

13, 1994, at Nyack Hospital. He was 83. Mr. Olori was born Aug. 27, 1910, in Ascoli Pi-ceno, Italy, to Ad-auto and Enrica Capriotti Olori.

He came to the United States in 1920, working in the brick yards in Kingston, N.Y. He moved to Rockland in 1929 OLORI: Founded crane service and worked in the brick yards of Haverstraw. Before founding Olori Crane Service in 1950, he worked for Beck-erle-Brown of Pearl River for many years, becoming a member of the Operating Engineers Local 825. Mr. Olori was a committeeman for the first Catholic Cub Scout pack in Rockland, which was organized at St.

Peter's Church in Haverstraw. He also has served as executive board member and chairman of the Rockland County Catholic Scouting Committee. He served on the board of directors of Camp Jawonio and was a member of the General Warren Fire Co. 2 in Haverstraw, the Haverstraw Council 581 Knights of Columbus, the Filippo Mazzei Lodge 2207 of the Sons of Italy in New City and the Pearl River Elks Lodge. Mr.

Olori also was active in the Marian Shrine in West Haverstraw, Catholic Youth Organization and the Catholic Committee on Scouting and the Rockland County Boy Scouts Council. His wife of 54 years, Catherine Olori, died in 1991. Survivors include five sons, Louis Olori Jr. of Pomona, Ronald T. Olori Sr.

of Bardonia, Robert N. Olori and Kenneth J. Olori of Pearl River and John J. Olori of Congers; a daughter, Mary Ann Van Houten of New City; nine grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 10:30 a.m.

She was born June 23, 1913, in Vieques, Puerto Rico, to Candido Lopez and Francisca Figueroa Lopez. She lived in Flushing, N.Y., before moving to Hillcrest 21 years ago. For 40 years, she worked as a dress designer for Taylor Jr. Co. in New York City, retiring many years ago.

She is survived by a daughter, Nellie Miller of Gaithersburg, a brother, Santiago Lopez of Puerto Rico; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Joseph's Church in Spring Valley. Entombment will follow in All Faiths Mausoleum at George Washington Memorial Park, Par-amus, N.J.

She was 44. Ms. McCarthy was born Oct. 6, 1949, in New York City to Albert and Lois Moreback McCarthy. She previously lived in North Bergen, N.J., and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Carleen Call and Renee McCarthy of Stony Point; three sisters, Dolores Solga of North Bergen, N.J., Teresa Geraci of Sarasota, and June Martinez of Seminole, her father, Albert McCarthy of North Bergen, N. and one grandchild. A service is set for 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of Libera Church in West New York, N.J. Burial will follow in St.

The state Office of Professional Medical Conduct held hearings between September 1993 and April 1994 to decide whether there was sufficient evidence to revoke Gold's medical license after hearing from several former patients, including Lillian L. Holbrook, 93 Grandmother of Clarkstown supervisor Lillian L. Holbrook, a Bronx homemaker and grandmother of Clarkstown Supervisor Charles Holbrook, died Sunday, Aug.

14, 1994, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Yonkers, N.Y., after a long illness. She was 93. She was born Oct. 16, 1900, in New York, N.Y., to Anna Miklas Wolfrath and William Wolfrath.

She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Manhattan and the Bronx. Her husband, Emmet L. Holbrook, died July 17, 1979. She is survived by a daughter, Lillian Auerback of the Bronx; two sons, George H. of Orlando, and Francis X.

of Flemington, N.J.; 22 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. A son, Martin E. Holbrook, died in 1991. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St.

Paul's Church in Congers. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery in Rockland Lake. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the T.J.

McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Congers. Ronald K. Mariano, 57 Golf course groundskeeper Ronald K. Mariano died Sunday, Aug. 14, 1994, at his home in Hillburn.

He was 57. He was born July 18, 1937, in Suffern, to Adam Mariano and Wilhelmina Kruger Mariano of Hillburn. He was employed as a groundskeeper for Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern until three years ago. Mr. Mariano is the former owner of Village Service Station in Hillburn.

He also was a former chief and life member of the Hillburn Fire Department and a member of Rockland County Volunteer Fireman's Association. He was also a life member of the Rockland County Fire Chiefs Association. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rita Jenkins-Mariano of Hillburn; a son, Ronald, and daughter, Roseanne, both of Hillburn; a brother, Travis of Hillburn; and three nephews. His father, Adam, died in 1988. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m.
