Paper and glass recyling BLAUVELT The Blauvelt Lions hold their monthly paper and glass recycling drive on Saturday at the lower parking lot of the South Orange-town Middle School on Erie Street from 8 to 11 a.m. They accept paper, cardboard, and clear, brown and green glass.

Paper should be tied securely or placed in large paper bags, and metal rings and wrappers should be removed from bottles. In addition, the Lions accept used eyeglasses for their eyesight conservation program. Multiple sclerosis group POMONA A multiple sclerosis support group holds meetings every Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Rockland County Health Complex, Building Room 153. The group's activities include, psycho-social support, discussions, speakers, luncheons, parties and special trips.

Benefit golf tourney PEARL RIVER Friends of the Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center, a volunteer group of business and community leaders, is sponsoring a golf tournament for the benefit of the children at the Center.
