THE THE ROCKLAND COUNTY JOURNAL- NEWS Dzurinko Ferrao Engagement Mr. and Mrs. Edward Dzurinko of Tallman have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Barbara Elaine Dzurinko, to John S. Ferrao, son of Mrs. Robert Clark of Ossining.

Miss Dzurinko, a graduate of Suffern high school, received her A.A. degree from Rockland Community Colltge and her B.S. degree in elementary education from the State University at Oneonta. She is a second grade teacher at the Sloatsburg elementary school. Mr.

Ferrao was graduated from Ossining high school and received an A.A. degree from Rockland Community College He is presently attending the State University at Albany. No date has been set for the wedding. MISS DZURINKO Blauvelt Artist Exhibits at Library Blauvelt's Dorothy Mellett will exhibit a collection of her original oils, acrylics, and sculpture at the Blauvelt library's upstairs gallery from September 20 to October 16. Miss McAteer was graduated from Suffern high school and from SUNY at Albany, where she was a math-education major and treasurer of Kappa Delta sorority. She is presently attending SUNY at New Paltz, where she is working towards her master's degree in education. Mr. Van Vliet is a graduate of Marlboro high school and a 1970 cum laude graduate of SUNY at Albany, where he was a member of Alpha Pi Alpha social fraternity. He is presently employed by the Poughkeepsie city school system as a high school math teacher.

He plans to enter dental school in early 1971. No date has been set for the wedding. MISS WILBUR Wilbur. Mac Millan Mr. and Mrs.

Alton Wilbur of Cincinnatus have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Constance Louise Wilbur, to Alan J. MacMillan, son of Dr. and Mrs. John B. MacMillan of Nyack.

Miss Wilbur, a graduate of the State University College at Potsdam, is currently completing her master's degree in applied piano at Boston University's School of Fine Arts. She is presently employed by the South End music center, Roxbury, by WCRB radio, and as a professional accompanist. Mr. MacMillan, a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, and Boston University School of Fine Arts, is presently serving as a supervisor and teacher of mentally retarded children at the Walter E. Fernald school, Waltham, Mass.

At the termination of his service, he will resume his studies in musical composition at Boston University, where he is a graduate teaching fellow in the department of music theory. The wedding will take place at the Cincinnatus Methodist Church, October 10, 1970. Ramapo ARC Donors Dine Ramapo auxiliary for retanded children will hold their annual donor dinner at the Oriental Luau, Old Tappan, at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 24. An informal fashion show will be featured.
