and Mrs. Richard S. Kcppelman of Litchfield, Connecticut. Miss 'Morris, a 1967 graduate of Tappan Zee High School, is a student at Vassar College. Her fiance was graduated from Phillips Academy, An-dover, in 1961 and served three years in the U.S.

Army including duty in Korea. He was graduated from Yate University in 1968 where he was a member of the Fence Club and Wolf's Head Society. Michael Klopchin of Congers have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Eileen Marie Klopchin, to Randy David Dulmer, son of Mrs. Gladys Dulmer and the late Wilbur Dulmer of New City. Miss Klopchin is a senior at Clarkstown High School. Her fiance, a graduate of Clarkstown Senior High School, is serving with the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam, where he is a PFC. No date has been set for the wedding.

Pileggi of Havers traw. Miss Dulmer is also the daughter of the late Wilbur Dulmer. Miss Dulmer is a graduate of Clarkstown High school and is attending Manhattan Medical and Dental School. Her fiance, a graduate of North Rockland High School, is attending Rockland Community College. No date has been set for the wedding.
